Dr. Cade holds the following professional credentials: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certified Sarbanes-Oxley Expert (CSOE), and holds both the Series 7 Stockbroker’s License and the Series 66 Investment Advisor’s License. Additionally, Dr. Cade is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS).

With over 25 years of professional experience, Dr. Cade has served as the Chief Financial Officer for an international organization and as the Owner and Managing Partner of a firm specializing in accounting, financial services, forensic accounting, and fraud examination. Dr. Cade’s career also includes 8 years in public accounting and 15 years as an adjunct professor, showcasing a strong commitment to both professional excellence and education.

Dallas Stanley has over two decades of diverse experience in accounting, tax preparation, business ownership, and real estate investment. Dallas is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and a key member of the Cade & Associates Fractional CFO division with the ability to provide tax guidance and fractional CFO services to clients. Dallas earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Dallas Stanley’s career spans a variety of industries, showcasing his versatility and dedication to excellence. His professional journey includes being the successful owner of a retail business, Dallas tripled sales, negotiated a competitive lease, and implemented a game-changing sales platform. He also managed all regulatory and tax filings for the business. In addition, Dallas served as the controller for multiple real estate development partnerships, overseeing accounting, disbursements, and bank draw documentation.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Darcie has excelled in the field of accounting, holding both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Manchester University.

Darcie Martin is the Operations Manager at Cade & Associates, where she oversees operations for the Ocean Isle Beach and Conway offices. With extensive and diverse accounting experience, Darcie provides clients with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Jodie Hellem is a seasoned tax professional with over two decades of experience in public accounting. Since 2001, she has been dedicated to providing expert tax preparation, planning, and representation services to individuals and businesses. As a proud member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, Jodie upholds the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Her status as an Enrolled Agent allows her to represent taxpayers before the IRS, providing peace of mind and expert advocacy for her clients.
